It has come to my attention

that it has been at least a week since I posted. Nothing much to write. I am trying (unsuccessfully, I might add) to wait patiently for my trip to London. I now have 8 days. I think I have everything I need. I have my packing list together. I just have to wait for the day to arrive.

    Waiting patiently is highly over-rated! Let's see, I was packed and ready to go three weeks before I was supposed to leave for Guyana. Course then they went and changed my assignment and I had to re-do some of it. Then when I went to the UK I was packed and ready to go about 10 days in advance.

    I figure if you pack early and then leave your suitcase sitting around open, when you think of last minute things you should take you can just toss them in. Besides, my kitty loved using it for a bed.

    Great point. I always forget something basic. This could solve that problem. The only thing is I only have so many clothes so I would end up using most of what I packed and have to rewash it all.
